Please notify us a minimum of 24 hours in advance should you need to cancel or reschedule your spa service to avoid a 50% charge for the service. Spa packages must be guaranteed with a credit card and spa no-show appointments will be charged at full value. In consideration of all clients, your spa treatment will end as scheduled if you arrive late. We ask that you do not bring children with you for spa service or extended salon services, both for the safety of the children and the relaxation of each client. We ask that you turn off your mobile phone while in the spa. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to a spa service, and 5 minutes before a salon appointment. This will allow you time to complete necessary consultation forms and prepare for your service. Upon arrival for a spa treatment, you will complete a health history questionnaire to assist spa therapists in providing you the best possible experience and to assure your maximum safety and comfort. We encourage you to disclose any pertinent health conditions that may affect your spa experience. Please leave your jewelry and other valuables at home. For your convenience, Serendipity Boutique & Day Spa gift certificates are available to purchase for ANY occasion. Our receptionist will be happy to serve you.
